Founder & Lead Trainer, Kaibab Behavioral Services

Korina Callahan is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings. As the founder of Kaibab Behavioral Services and Rising Mountain Academy, Korina leads with a passion for combining evidence-based practice with compassion-driven care.

Her professional background spans clinical supervision, educator coaching, and large-scale program development focused on functional skill building and inclusion. Korina is an experienced trainer for caregivers, educators, and first responders, providing engaging, practical workshops that bridge behavioral science with real-world application. Her mission is to expand the reach of compassionate care so that progress is celebrated, caregivers feel supported, and communities grow stronger.
